ANIMATIONS/ACTIVITIES:
ACCEPT/REJECT
- Agreed that it is essentially done.
- Text from Angie has been inserted into the activity.
- Angie will send final photographs to replace the placeholder food items. She will send the highest quality she has and we will optimize and/or resize to fit the activity.
RICE COOKING ACTIVITY
- Definitely use rice cooker, but if possible try to have the work a steam table in the activity but not essential.
- Yes. it be acceptable to display bacteria growth under a magnifying glass and using similar graphics and animation to what was in the bacteria filmstrip
-There isn't any final text that must be in the activity yet.
- Angie specifically wanted the users to put a thermometer into the rice to check its temp.
- Matt will create a more detailed storyboard to help better visualize the activity.
DISHWASHING ACTIVITY.
- Yes limit the number of dishes to a minimum of 5 in a stack.
- No time limit for getting all the dishes washed but the dishes must be completely submerged in the sanitizing sink for at least 7 seconds.
- No special considerations anymore for dirty dishes on the sideboard.
- When does water get changed - we agreed that the water changing from blue to gray in 4 stages. When the water reaches the third stage the user will get a warning and when it reaches the fourth stage the water would be considered too dirty to continue and the user would be forced to refill the sink.
- No to digital readout of the temperature on the side of the sink Angie felt it was extremely important for users to see the proper thermometer and place it in the sink themselves.
- Sanitizing solution is chlorine based and should be at 25PPM
- When users test sanitizing sink with the test strip and find it is below 25ppm they can be add solution to the water to bring it back up to 25 ppm.
- the sink's water needs to be changed every 4 hours.
HAND WASHING EXPERIMENT this one is the most solid on structure.
- Matt currently working on the prototype.
PLAN IS TO:
* finish the prototypes on Dishwashing, Rice Cooking and Handwashing. When complete they will be uploaded for Angie to review. This should be done in 2 to 3 weeks.
* Kitchen Rollover, Accept/Reject and FilmStrip: minor text changes and text review & edit if needed.

Printed materials.
- Chinese few minor changes needed & was sent back to translator.
- Richard will review the translations in one day and send to us.
OPENING TEXT FOR WEB PAGES:
- Won't get text for web pages (home, Activities, Slide Set, Printed Materials, Songs, Videos, Other links) Angie will write and send early - mid August.
