ANIMATIONS:
Accept/Reject: Angie will provide specific list of foods and information for each food for this activity. For each food Matt will need information for the following: 1) description of the food with hints to it's condition, 2) the answer - acceptable/rejectable, 3) why should it be accepted/rejected.
Matt needs text that introduces this game. A simple statement of the problem.
Angie will also try to obtain photographs of all the foods to be used in the game.
Dishwashing: Discussed today if the focus of this game was the three sinks. Also discussed some variables in this game and how there are not exact answers to some of the questions; like, when to change the water in each sink. Angie also mentioned the wiping cloth bucket as being another component to the dishwashing activity because dishwashing and wiping surfaces and tables all come under the category of "food contact surfaces". This brought up some concerns that actual workers may not see it as a natural extension within the game.
Angie will send the essential information from the summaries and forward that to Matt to give him a better idea of the activity.
Cooked Rice: We need from Angie the intro text for this activity that describes the problem and more clearly defines the main points.
Film Strip animation progress. The first version is nearly complete and will be posted next week. Matt will send the address to all when ready. Matt will also work on a prototype for the dishwashing game to give everyone a better idea of how he sees the activity.

All the changes from Angies to the web have been made.
All translations will be sent to Angie for Rich to review and once approved Angie will forward to Pam. Translation for the print material section is with Angie and should be sent to us shortly.
Angie will send text blurbs for the web pages by March 30.
