Update for powerpoint images II: 1/22/05

Angie had sent another email to clarify what needed to be changed for the ppt

There needs to be two slide masters -- one title and one for the body of
the slide set.

1. Title Master. The slide set is comprised of 12 sections. The title
of the entire slide set plus each section will be identified using the
title master. The title master should have the veggies and rice at the
top. No text in the white section -- as each section will have its own
title that is not titled Food Safety -- and the bottom should be orange.

2. Body Master. The remaining slides will be formatted using the body
master. The top should include the Food Safety caption in the white
design to the left -- the bowl needs to be removed and Food Safety needs
to be centered. Where the peppers are that should be solid orange. The
header font should be Arial Bold 32 point. The body font should be Times
Roman 24 point. The bottom should be orange.

A note from the first set of reviewers. While the peppers tie the
set to the Web site, they did not like them on pages where there were
photos. The slide set will have a lot of photos. It really made the
slide set look very cluttered and it made it difficult to read.
Therefore, they suggested removing the peppers and simply filling it in
with orange -- I think the general design elements and color tie it very
nicely to the Web site. Also, it is really important to make sure that
the master includes the fonts as indicated above. They wanted a different font for the header than the
body of the text as it read more easily when we viewed it as a slide show.
Also, the reviewers felt that the fonts needed to be larger, which is why
we selected the larger font sizes.
