Conference call notes: With Kim, Angie

• Angie will send summary and music concepts to Kim, cc you and others.
• Use the summary sheet for the songs.
• The main purpose of the songs will be to help the Chinese restaurant workers memorize the key principles for the test.
• Angie will send Kim a book ( not sure what the book is but related to the test)
• Kim needs the vocabulary used in the test.

• If we need animations to the songs keep the length to no more than 1 1/2 minutes. Need to find out if contract states how many to develop with or with out animation
• Deadlines for songs by April or early May.

• If no animations involved the songs will be audio format only for educators to use.
• If no animations involved the songs can be longer than 1 1/2.

• Songs will be sent in Chinese.

• songs linked off the website
• Songs not part of the powerpoint.

4 key principles but each key area may have more than one song. HACCP may be removed not sure.

Angie will review the film strip animation by today.

Powerpoint has 240ish slides with 12 sections.
Need to add summaries off website - need the ones that go on the website.
